POLA RASIO KEUANGAN PADA SAAT UP STREAM DANDOWN STREAM DI INDUSTRI MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG GO PUBLIC

Abstrak

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi indikator siklus bisnis  pada  kondisi  up stream atau  down stream. Untuk mengetahui deskripsi apa saja yang dapat digunakan sebagai pengukur siklus bisnis pada industri makanan dan minuman. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan indikator rasio keuangan pada saat up stream dan down stream. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan rasio keuangan berupa rasio likuiditas, rasio leverage, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas, rasio antara aktiva dan modal saham, rasio pertumbuhan, rasio marjin laba dan rasio arus kas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bursa Efek Indonesia yang beralamat  di Jakarta  Stock Exchange Building, jalan Jenderal Sudirman kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190, dengan waktu penelitian selama kurang lebih 8 tahun yaitu mulai tahun 2004-2011. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitianeksplanatoris.Penelitian jenis eksplanatoris ini sesuai dengan pengertian yang dijelaskan oleh Singarimbun dan Effendi, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan maksud penjelasan (explanatory atau confirmatory), yang memberikan penjelasan tentang perbedaan indikator rasio keuangan pada saatup stream dandown stream melalui pengujian hipotesis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan go public di sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar diBursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ) adalah sebanyak 17 perusahaan, dari 17 perusahaan tersebut hanya 8 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Purposive Sampling yaitu sampel diambil berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian sehingga dapat diperoleh sampel yang representatif.
