FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN USIA 18-45 TAHUN DI PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN KALIDERES JAKARTA BARAT

Abstract

Basic on data Kalideres community health center in 2020, the proportion of hypertension ranks second out of the 10 most diseases in the Kalideres Community Health Center. The objective of this research was to analyze factors related to the incidence of hypertension in patients aged 18-45 years at the Kalideres Community Health Center in 2020. This research used a cross sectional design with 211 sample. Data was analized with univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test . This research was conducted in May until July 2020. Univariate analysis showed that many people were hypertension (64,9%), risk aged (75,4%), female (51,2%), normal nutritional status (71,1%) and without a family history of hypertension (64,5%). There were related between age (PR= 1,396, 95% CI : 1,044-1,867), obesity (PR=1,752, 95% CI : 1,487-2,064), a family history of hypertension (1,686, 95% CI : 1,406-2,021). And then, unrelated variables are gender with the incidence of hypertension. Education about hypertension, professional psychology and improve health workers for nutrition class program that the program runs on schedule was needed to prevent hypertension.
