FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN GANGGUAN NON AUDITORY PADA KARYAWAN BIDANG PEMELIHARAAN PLTGU DI PT. X UNIT PEMBANGKIT GRESIK, JAWA TIMUR TAHUN 2020

Abstract

Noise in the workplace is a health risk that can impact to the employees. If the employee is exposed to noise with a threshold value above 85 dB, it will be cause non auditory disorders such as, physiological effect, psychological effect, and communication disturbance. Therefore, this the research to determine all the factors that are associated with non auditory disturbances caused by noise in PLTGU employees in maintenance sector. This research used quantitative descriptive method with cross sectional research design. The results of this study indicate that there are factors associated with non auditory disturbances in PLTGU maintenance employees at PT X Gresik Generator Unit.
