STRES KERJA PADA PEKERJA DITINJAU DARI BEBAN KERJA DI UNIT PRODUKSI PT X

Abstract

Psychosocial hazards are one of the factors that can increase the risk of work stress in the workplace. Efforts are needed to monitor psychosocial hazard factors and create work stress management programs to reduce the risk of work stress for workers in production units. The research aims to describe the work stress of workers in production units in terms of workload. The research design was a cross-sectional study using primary data collected using the DASS21 questionnaire. The research population is all workers in the production unit of one of the manufacturing industries in the West Jakarta area, totaling 120 people. The sample in this study was obtained from 88 people using a random sampling method. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results showed that 72.7% of workers experience stress, 79.7% have high workloads, 4.5% experience depression, and 35.2% experience anxiety. Efforts are needed to monitor psychosocial hazard factors and create a work stress management program to reduce the risk of work stress on workers in the production unit.
