GAMBARAN KETERLEKATAN KERJA (EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT) PEKERJA MILENIAL PT X TAHUN 2022

Abstract


Work engagement is an important part in the creating organizational culture, including a safety culture in the workplace. Millennial generation workers are currently the largest employment in Indonesia, so knowing the description of the work engagement of millennial workers is the goal of this research. The research was conducted at PT.X with a total sample of 102 people. This study used a type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. Data collection in this study used primary data obtained based on the results of interviews using a questionnaire. The results showed that 67.64% of PT.X's millennial workers were in the fully engaged category with the dimension of pride in the organization/company being the highest dimension that determines the work engagement of PT.X's millennial workers. Recommended to PT.X to increase management commitment and involvement of millennial workers in building organizational culture including a culture of occupational safety and health (OSH) at PT.X.
